Marsha Atwood is the owner and operator of Atwood Appraisal Service. She is a native of Campbellsville, Kentucky. Marsha is a 2011 graduate of Taylor County High School and a 2013 graduate of Campbellsville University, with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing. Marsha Atwood is the owner and operator of Atwood Appraisal Service. She is a native of Campbellsville, Kentucky. Marsha is a 2011 graduate of Taylor County High School and a 2013 graduate of Campbellsville University, with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing. Marsha is also a 2011 graduate of A-Pass Weikel Institute of Real Estate and became a Kentucky licensed real estate sales associate in 2011 and also received her apprentice auctioneers license in 2016.
Marsha grew up in the real estate industry as her family owns and operates a real estate and auction company in Campbellsville, Kessler Auction & Realty Company since 1938. In 2014, Marsha became a Right of Way Agent with the Kentucky Department of Transportation, specializing in highway appraisals, performing appraisals on residential, commercial, and agricultural properties, covering District 4 until 2021. Marsha became an associate appraiser in Kentucky in October of 2020, with education from The Appraisal Institute, Wilson Education Group, and McKissock. In February 2022, Marsha became a Certified Residential Appraiser in Kentucky, working for two established appraisal companies. In January 2023, Marsha decided to start her own business, Atwood Appraisal Service.
Marsha continues to live in her hometown of Campbellsville, with her husband Rhyan and two children, Anna Kate and Maddox.
